Wellness is a journey.

We’re here to support you—wherever you are within it.

12 Session Series

Structural Integration

Our body tells the story of how we’ve lived within it—through the work we’ve done, the ways we’ve moved, and the experiences we’ve had along the way. Over time, the body adapts. These adaptations can be helpful in the moment, allowing us to move through injury or meet the demands of daily life. But when patterns become long-held, they can begin to limit ease, efficiency, and comfort. Structural Integration is a posture-informed, fascial approach to bodywork and movement re-education that works with these patterns over time. In this process, your body becomes the guide. Sessions are shaped by what is present, creating a collaborative partnership that supports greater awareness, more movement options, and a deeper sense of ease. Structural Integration follows a series-based approach. A full series includes 12 sessions, typically spaced 4–14 days apart, with each session building on the last to support meaningful, lasting change.

For those ready to take a deeper look at creating meaningful, lasting change.

Integrative Massage Therapy

Integrative Massage Therapy

A supportive, personalized session designed to meet you where you are. We begin with a conversation—looking at your health history, what you’re experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of working together. From there, your session is guided by what will best support your body now, while also holding a broader view of your patterns and goals. Rather than choosing from a list of techniques, this approach allows you to receive the care that is most appropriate for you—without needing to navigate that on your own. Each session is designed to help your body settle, release tension, and move toward a greater sense of ease, while also supporting longer-term change. This can be a place to begin, or a way to continue supporting your body with care that adapts as you do.

For those looking for a place to begin—where your body is met with care and attention.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, highly targeted session designed to support fluid movement throughout the body. By employing light, rhythmic techniques, this treatment cultivates an authentic sense of physical lightness while assisting the body's natural processes of release.

Nurturing care adapted thoughtfully to the physical and emotional shifts during pregnancy and postpartum stages. These sessions focus on structural alignment, gentle relief from common structural tensions, and dedicated recovery.

Gentle, deeply restorative, and intentional bodywork sessions carefully adapted to meet the dynamic needs of individuals undergoing or recovering from active cancer treatments. Every adjustment is made with medical safety and quiet comforting support in mind.

Reiki

Reiki

A subtle approach that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. Reiki offers a quiet, supportive space for the body to settle. Sessions are typically experienced lying down, with light touch or hands placed just above the body. While the work is gentle, it can have a meaningful impact—often helping to reduce stress, support relaxation, and create a deeper sense of internal ease. Many people find this work especially supportive during times of overwhelm, transition, or when the body would benefit from a slower, more restorative approach.

For those looking for a deeper sense of rest and relaxation.

The Resilient Body Project

The Resilient Body Project

A fascia-informed movement practice designed to support strength, adaptability, and ease. Classes offer a space to explore how your body moves, building awareness, coordination, and support from within. Rather than focusing on performance or intensity, the work emphasizes quality of movement and how your body responds over time. Each class is guided by a central theme, while the sequences themselves evolve—allowing for both consistency and variety in your practice. Within this work, there are also guided programs—such as Flow & Restore—that bring together movement, recovery, and supportive care in a more structured way. This work can complement hands-on care or stand on its own as a consistent way to support your body.

For those looking to build a consistent movement practice that supports strength, ease, and awareness.

You might be here because…

Your body has been asking for your attention in some way—through tension that keeps returning, a sense of imbalance, or a shift in how you’re moving or feeling. You might be navigating something specific, like jaw tension, scoliosis patterns, postpartum changes, or the effects of past injury or scar tissue. Or it may be harder to name—just a sense that something isn’t quite working the way it used to.

This work isn’t about fixing isolated issues. It’s about understanding how your body is organizing as a whole, and supporting change from there. If you’re not sure where to begin, or would like a bit more clarity, you’re always welcome to reach out.
